My mission statement is: We believe that everyone deserves healthy, natural and pure products. That’s why Hands2GO contains no alcohol, dyes, perfumes or unnecessary ingredients. This is also why we produce our products right here in the United States with rigorous attention to quality in an FDA-regulated facility. Our company’s philosophy is: What we put on our bodies is just as important as what we put in our bodies.

Francine Glick is President of Water Journey Ltd., a personal care products company whose flagship product is Hands2GO, an alcohol-free instant hand sanitizer. Francine founded the company in 1997 when she was looking for a way to sanitize her children’s hands. Unimpressed with alcohol gels, she developed the original alcohol-free formulation of Hands2GO in her kitchen sink.

Previously, Francine was the VP of Information Technology in the Mergers and Acquisitions Division of Barclays Bank and before that was the product manager for the Unix Operating System at Bell Laboratories.

Francine holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MBA from New York University.

She is an awardee of the Count Me In and OPEN from American Express Make Mine a Million $ Business Award.

Francine is a frequent speaker on topics relating to entrepreneurship and women in business.

She is a member of the WPO, NJAWBO, ICMAD, the OPEN from American Express Customer Advisory Council, and remains active with her Alma Maters. She is on the Board of Directors of the Soap and Detergent Association, a non-profit trade association whose members produce 90% of cleaning products marketed in the US.

Under Francine’s direction, Water Journey has won numerous awards:

Her hobbies include reading, yoga, travel, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
